We offer two types of products:
a) Available Products
- These items are in stock.
- Ready for dispatch within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
b) Made-to-Order Products
- These items are specially produced after receiving your order.
- Production time: up to 20 working days.
- Dispatch will occur only after completion of production.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on your location.
- Estimated delivery:
- Available Products: 5–10 days from dispatch
- Made-to-Order: 20 days production + shipping time
- Delays due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.

- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Partial COD (advance + balance at delivery)
