Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we ship your orders, estimated timelines, and accepted payment methods.

1. Business & Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from our base in Dhakuakhana, Lakhimpur, Assam 787055, India. We ship across India only — we currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Product Types & Dispatch Timelines

We offer two types of products, each with different dispatch timelines:

📦 In-Stock Products

Items available and ready to ship immediately.

Dispatch: 1–3 business days

🧵 Made-to-Order Products

Handcrafted specifically after your order is placed.

Dispatch: Up to 20 working days

Product listings clearly indicate whether an item is in-stock or made-to-order. Made-to-order items are handcrafted by artisans — this timeline cannot be expedited.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • In-Stock Products: 5–10 business days from dispatch (depending on delivery location within India)
  • Made-to-Order Products: Up to 20 working days production + 5–10 business days shipping
  • Remote areas (North East states, hilly regions, island territories) may require additional 2–5 days.
⚠️ Delays caused by weather, public holidays, logistics disruptions, or courier issues are beyond our control and do not entitle the customer to a refund.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value — refer to the product page or active promotions for details.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment through our courier partner's website.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Partial COD: For select orders, we offer a Partial COD option where a partial advance payment is required upfront and the remaining balance is paid at delivery. Please note that the advance amount paid under Partial COD is strictly non-refundable — see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to offer international delivery in the future — stay tuned.
