1. Nature of Products
All our products are handcrafted traditional items, made with care and attention to detail. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in color, texture, design, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
2. No Return / No Refund (Strict Policy)
We follow a strict no return and no refund policy under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor variations in design, color, or size
- Delay due to production (for made-to-order items)
- Incorrect selection by the customer
3. Partial Payment / COD Policy (Non-Refundable Advance)
- For orders placed with Partial COD, the advance amount paid is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If the customer refuses to accept delivery, the advance payment will be forfeited.
- Shipping and handling costs are also non-refundable.
4. Brand Seal / Tag Policy (Very Important)
- Every product is shipped with an official brand seal/tag.
- Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- The seal/tag is removed, broken, or tampered
- The product is used, washed, or altered in any way
👉 Only products with intact, original brand seal will be considered for review.
5. Eligible Returns (Only in Rare Cases)
Returns are accepted ONLY IF:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered
- Customer reports within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Proper unboxing video proof is provided
Without video proof, claims may be rejected.
6. Return Approval Process
- All return requests are subject to strict quality inspection
- If approved:
- Replacement will be provided (preferred)
- Refund will be issued only if replacement is not possible
7. Refund Terms
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method only
- Advance payments (Partial COD) are strictly non-refundable
8. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
